- How can I purchase the tickets that I
booked on-line?
Answer: We offer several payment
options. On receipt of payment we send you a printable
electronic ticket which will be exchanged for a boarding card
and return ticket (if applicable) at the ferry check-in reception desk.

Answer: Yes, payment by credit
card is one of the payment options included with our booking

the option with our booking details to pay by bank transfer to
our accounts in Turkey or the UK or by Western Union Money Transfer in
either Euros, US Dollars, GBP Sterling, AU Dollars or Turkish

- Does it cost more to book through Aegean
Ferry Services rather than direct with the ferry company?
Answer: No, our prices are the
same as those offered by the ferry company either direct or
through their website. There are several advantages to booking
with us including: more payment options and the opportunity to
book and pay for all your other travel and accommodation
services at the same time. Aegean Ferry Services is part of
Aegean Tour Travel so all your reservations can be made through
one company.

- Can I book a return trip?
Answer: Yes you can book a
return trip. The return trip discount is only available if it is
purchased at the same time as the outward trip and when the
outward and return ports are not changed. The return discount
does not apply to two 'one-way' trips.

- What should I do if I need to change my
reservation?
Answer: You should contact our
office, preferably the tourism advisor that made your original
booking. We will advise you if the ferry company makes a charge
for this service.

- When and how can I cancel my ticket?
Answer: Tickets can be cancelled
at any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled sailing time,
just contact our office by email. The following cancellation
charge will be applied by the ferry company plus a nominal
administration charge. The time of cancellation notification
will apply from the time it is received in writing.
- Until 30 days before departure 10%
- Until 15 days before departure 15%
- Until 7 days before departure 25%
- Until 1 days before departure 50%
Within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure or
later no refund is made and the ticket is considered as void. A
refund can only be made by issuing agencies, port agents can
only invalidate tickets but not refund them.

- How early should I arrive at the ferry
terminal?
Answer: Passenger and vehicle check-in is three hours before the
scheduled sailing time. All
passengers should be at the terminal at least one hour before
the scheduled departure time. All passengers must posses the
necessary travel documents. In case of non-compliance with the
embarkation time of 3 hours before departure the passenger will
loose the right for transportation. Passengers who have checked in are
restricted from leaving the ship unless directed to do so by a
member of the crew.

Answer: Yes there is no
restriction on the use of domestic electronic devices.

the same cabin with a parent or guardian infants up to 4 years
old are free. Children from 5 to 11 years old pay 50% of the
adult fare. For all child discounts the date of birth is considered,
port taxes are payable.
